Mikala Hughes

Mikala Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, social support, and management roles within nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Social Support Manager at NPower since December 2020, Mikala previously held the position of Social Support Manager during a summer contract in 2019.
