Punita Patel

Punita Patel, M.S, currently serves as the Senior Development and Strategic Initiatives Manager at NPower, where responsibilities include managing business development and employer engagement in the Southern California region, as well as designing professional development curricula. Previously, Punita held roles such as Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Career Coach at California State University-Dominguez Hills, focusing on recruiting, outreach, and networking events while building relationships with diverse employer partners. Other experience includes serving as Director of Development at VEDC, Career Counselor Trainee at California State University, Northridge, and Community Education Coordinator at North County Rape Crisis and Child Protection Center. Punita holds a Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on Career Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Chicano Studies, both from California State University, Northridge.
