Chloe Veltman

Chloe Veltman is a culture correspondent at NPR since July 2022, previously serving as an arts and culture reporter at KQED from May 2015 to July 2022. In the role at KQED, Chloe oversaw arts and culture coverage, managed a team, and produced diverse content across multiple platforms. Prior experience includes serving as the arts editor at Colorado Public Radio, where a new state-wide arts bureau was launched, and holding fellowships at Stanford University. Chloe's journalism career also includes a position as a Bay Area arts and culture columnist for The New York Times. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and dual Master's degrees in Advanced Theatre Practice and Dramaturgy from Harvard University and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
