Senior Director, Business Partnerships at NPR

Dan McCoy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business partnerships and content management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Partnerships at NPR since May 2014. In this role, Dan oversees audio and video content licensing, manages high-profile negotiations for content acquisition, and collaborates on strategic planning with senior leadership. Dan’s previous roles include Project Manager at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where grant programs aimed at enhancing public media performance were developed and managed, and Audience Services Coordinator at WETA. Dan has also contributed to the board of Baltimore Clayworks since June 2024. Dan holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Delaware and is pursuing Executive Education in Leadership & Strategic Impact at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
