Lauren Gonzalez

Lauren Gonzalez is currently the Senior Manager of Programming at NPR. Previously, they held the position of Director of Programming at Luminary and Senior Manager, Programming Strategy & Planning at The Moth. Lauren also worked as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. They graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis and a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies. In their roles, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership in developing programming strategies, overseeing production, budgeting, and planning, and engaging with various stakeholders to promote community programs.
