Marjorie Valbrun

Marjorie Valbrun is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in editorial leadership. Currently serving as Senior Editor for Editorial Review at NPR since October 2024, Valbrun previously held the position of Managing Editor at Inside Higher Ed from April 2018 to July 2024. Prior roles include Content Editor at The Baltimore Sun, where supervision of health and education reporters took place, and positions as Editorial Writer for Tribune Company and National Correspondent for Dow Jones & Company. Valbrun has contributed to respected publications such as TheRoot.com and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
