Researcher & Taxonomist

Sarah K. has extensive experience in research and library sciences, currently serving as a Researcher & Taxonomist at NPR since September 2012 and as a Freelance Researcher since January 2013. Notably, from 2013 to 2015, Sarah contributed to Barbara Bradley Hagerty's book "Life Reimagined: The Science, Art, and Opportunity of Midlife" (2016). Prior roles include Cataloger at Western Carolina University, Technical Services Graduate Assistant at Florida State University, Library Volunteer at the Southeast Archeological Center of the U.S. National Park Service, Academic Publications Intern at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and Editorial Intern at Counterpoise Magazine. Academically, Sarah earned a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida, with additional study at the University of Leicester.
