Ashley Lake

Ashley Lake has been in the IT industry since 2021, when they began working as an IT Support Analyst for nQ Zebraworks. From 2017-2021, they were a Technical Lead at UST Global, where they performed incident management and RCA of critical customer interactions and applications. Ashley also led a small 24/7 monitoring team that used the implemented monitoring solutions. From 2018-2021, they were the Website Administrator for Harmony Creek Church, managing the front-end and back-end portions of the website. From 2014-2021, they were a Digital Specialist for the Miami Valley Black Health Coalition, creating and maintaining the website, Facebook, and Twitter for the non-profit organization. From 2014-2015, they were a Freelance Digital Consultant and an All-Media Reporter Intern for Cox Media Group. Finally, from 2011-2014, they were a Tattoo Apprentice/Artist for Glenn Scott's Tattoo Team, where they were responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.

Ashley Lake has pursued a variety of educational experiences. From 2011 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Wright State University. Ashley then attended The Wharton School from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Business Foundations degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, they have been attending Western Governors University since 2019 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Additionally, Ashley has obtained several certifications, including CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in August 2020, Splunk Deep Dive from Linux Academy in January 2020, and Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute.
