Mashael Alharbi

Mashael Alharbi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mashael started their career as a Customer Service Officer at Double Q in 2016, where they worked until 2018. In 2020, they joined UM Service as a Customer Service Operations Specialist and later became an Operations Manager in 2021. Mashael then moved on to JoyOut as an Operation Lead from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Mashael Alharbi is serving as a Commercial Specialist at NQOODLET | نقودلت since May 2023.

Mashael Alharbi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Arab Open University from the year 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Certificate in IT Skills from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in October 2018. Recently, in June 2022, they acquired certification in "Effective selling: A Practical Toolkit" from Scalers | سكيلرز institution.
