Kristin Huse Pedersen

Kristin Huse Pedersen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and consulting. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at NRC Group Norge since May 2023, Kristin previously held the same position at Randstad Norway from May 2022 to April 2023. Kristin's career also includes significant roles as an HR & HSE Business Partner at Anticimex from August 2015 to April 2022 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Proffice Norge from September 2012 to July 2015. Kristin began their journey in HR with an internship at Jobzone in 2011. Educational credentials include a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School (2007-2010).
