Monica Holm

Monica Holm is a seasoned professional in the fields of health, safety, environment, and quality management, currently serving as HMS/KS-Sjef at NRC Group Norge since January 2019. Prior to this role, Monica held several positions including Kvalitets- og HMS ansvarlig and Anleggsingeniør at Implenia Norge AS from 2013 to 2018, and HMS- og KS-ansvarlig Anleggsavdelingen at Oslo Vei AS between 2007 and 2012. Monica's extensive experience includes project coordination roles at Icopal a/s and multiple positions at Oslo Vei AS, as well as engineering roles at Oslo Veivesen from 1987 to 1995. Monica is currently pursuing a degree in HMS Verneingeniør at Kiwa Kompetanse AS, having previously completed studies in project leadership and middle management at MEF.
