Jason Messerli

Jason Messerli has extensive work experience in customer strategy, customer success, account management, and business development. Jason currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Customer Strategy at NRC Health since July 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success at NRC Health from February 2015 to July 2020, where they managed a team and was responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing associates. Jason also held the role of Account Executive at NRC Health from June 2014 to February 2015, where they managed a team and focused on providing healthcare knowledge and effective presentations to clients. From November 2011 to June 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at NRC Health, where they helped hospitals and medical groups improve patient experience and educated clients on healthcare reform. Jason Messerli received their Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also briefly attended the University of Oxford, focusing on International Economics and British Economic Policy. Although they attended Oxford, it is not stated whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
