William Reinert

William Reinert is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the National Press Secretary for the NRCC since January 2023. Previously, William held the position of Regional Press Secretary at the Republican Governors Association, overseeing communications for 11 gubernatorial campaigns. A history of roles includes Press Secretary for the Congressional Leadership Fund and American Action Network, where William directed rapid response efforts and secured placements in major publications. William also worked as Communications Director for a U.S. Congressman, Deputy Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and contributed to the Trump administration's transition team. Earlier experience includes positions with various political campaigns and internships, culminating in a degree in Multimedia Journalism from Troy University.
