Elizabeth Perry

Elizabeth Perry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HR Systems at NRECA since 2013, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the Total Rewards strategy, including benefits, compensation, and HR systems. Elizabeth demonstrates thought leadership in cross-functional methodologies and leads the implementation of new projects and initiatives. Elizabeth also manages the administration of NRECA's benefit programs, focusing on optimizing benefit and wellness programs to attract and retain staff.

Prior to joining NRECA, Elizabeth held various roles in human resources. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Human Resources Director at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Elizabeth was the Human Resources Director at API from 2010 to 2011 and also held the position of Benefits Manager from 2004 to 2009. Elizabeth worked as the Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from 2003 to 2005 and as a Human Resources Business Partner at EU Services from 2000 to 2003. Elizabeth began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at MARLAW Systems Technology, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.
