Kim Jones is an experienced professional with a background in management and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Manager of 401k Reconciliation Services at NRECA since 2011, Kim successfully transitioned the team back to hybrid schedules post-Covid, fostering an engaged work environment.
