Pat Mangan

Pat Mangan's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of Governance Education at NRECA since 2005. In this role, Pat is responsible for strategic planning, curriculum development, and creating educational programs for electric cooperative directors. Pat is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives with a Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification. Before joining NRECA, Pat served as Director of Credentialing at the National Court Reporters Association from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Pat worked as an Instructional Designer at NRECA from 1998 to 2003, at the American Red Cross from 1995 to 1998, and at SkyTel Corp from 1994 to 1995.
