Joe McConnell, COO, has been with the company since 2018. Joe is responsible for overseeing all operations of the company including Sales & Marketing, HR, IT and Analytics. He has been instrumental in developing a world-class operational discipline that has enabled the company to scale. Prior to joining NRES, Joe led operations and strategy for LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions Business and was part of McKinsey's operations practice in San Francisco. He received his MBA from the Stanford GSB as an Arjay Miller Scholar and his BSE in Operations, Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton, Summa Cum Laude.
