Usama Douglah

Usama Douglah is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Rexford Industrial since May 2020, Usama previously held the same title at Beezley Management, overseeing multiple LAUSD projects for ENGIE Services from January 2019 to May 2020. At The Walsh Group, Usama contributed significantly as a Lead Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager from January 2015 to December 2018, leading engineering efforts on a $2B+ transit project and collaborating on a $200M grade separation initiative. Usama's earlier roles include Assistant Project Engineer at The Walsh Group and internships at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and the United Nations. Usama holds a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Southern California.
