Krystian Poltrok

Krystian Poltrok has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. Krystian is currently serving as the Head of IT Department at NRF (Nederlandse Radiateuren Fabriek) since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an IT Solution Architect at NRF from June 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining NRF, Krystian held the position of Deputy Head of IT and Systems Administration Specialist at Elektronika SA (technika chłodnicza i klimatyzacja) from February 2016 to May 2020.

Krystian also worked as an MS Dynamics AX Developer at Asseco Poland from February 2015 to January 2016, and as a Software Developer at XPLUS from September 2014 to January 2015.

Krystian gained their early experience at Terma Sp. z o.o. where they served as Lider IT from December 2011 to August 2014.

Krystian also worked as a Konsultant Systemu ERP at Wirtualna Polska from June 2008 to November 2011, and as a Kierownik Działu IT and a Programista i analityk systemów ERP at Terma Technologie sp. z o.o. from September 2006 to May 2008.

Krystian began their career as a Specjalista ds. informatyki at Grupa Klose from November 2001 to August 2006.

Krystian Poltrok completed their education from 2004 to 2008 at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Gdańsku. Krystian earned a degree in Inżynieria Systemów Informacyjnych with a specialization in Informatyka Stosowana. Additionally, Krystian obtained a certification in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving from LinkedIn in May 2023.
