Naomi Hogue

Naomi Hogue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as a Compliance Assurance Analyst at NRG Energy, Naomi has successfully identified significant compliance gaps, conducted audits, and maintained collaboration with regulatory teams. Concurrently, as a Mayor and Ward 1 Councilmember for the City of Coweta, Naomi acts as a liaison to the public, oversees budgets, and engages with constituents. Previous roles include Operations Implementation Analyst at Direct Energy, where Naomi managed a tax project mitigating substantial risk, and various positions in human resources and client services. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and multiple degrees and certifications in Human Resources from Tulsa Community College.
