Randall Rous (Loo Waters)

Randall Rous, also known as Loo Waters, is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in sales and broadcast. Currently serving as General Sales Manager and previously as Local Sales Manager at NRG Media since January 2019, Randall has built a strong foundation in digital marketing as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Lee Enterprises from June 2018 to January 2019. Prior roles include Account Executive at both NRG Media and Woodward Radio Group, and various positions in radio broadcasting, notably as Morning Show Host across multiple stations including KDAT, KRNA, KFMW, and KCRR from 1996 to 2011. Randall holds a degree from Western Illinois University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
