Oren Karavani

Oren Karavani is a Java Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in cloud-based and microservices architectures. Since July 2020, Oren has been employed at NRGene Ltd., following previous roles at Borderfree, Lumos Global, and Check Point Software Technologies. Oren has expertise in utilizing technologies such as Java 8, Spring, Docker, and various database systems including Oracle DB and MongoDB. Key achievements include developing synchronization tools, migrating microservices to AWS EKS, and enhancing monitoring capabilities for various systems. Oren began the career as an Embedded Software Developer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
