Czarina Innah Panghulan

Czarina Innah Panghulan is an ITSM Consultant currently employed at NRI Australia & New Zealand since October 2023. Prior to this role, Czarina worked at DXC Technology in the Philippines from September 2020 to October 2023, serving as a Change Analyst and Project Support Coordinator. Czarina's earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel Group from October 2017 to June 2020, providing customer solutions for a US retail account and email support for a UK retail account. Additionally, Czarina completed a summer internship at the Department of Labor and Employment in 2014. Czarina holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, graduating in 2020.
