Jemma Whitnall

Jemma Whitnall is an experienced digital product owner and operations coordinator, currently serving at the National Rugby League since April 2019. In this role, Jemma oversees the implementation and growth of the MySideline suite, focusing on community, representative, and elite digital products. Jemma has successfully managed various projects, including enhancing national member and competition management services and implementing agile methodologies. Previous positions include Game Day & Innovation Coordinator at Queensland Rugby League, where Jemma managed logistics for over 500 games, and several secondment roles in Project Apollo. Jemma holds multiple diplomas in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and has completed various online training programs.
