Tiffany Slater

Tiffany Slater is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and finance within the sports industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for International & Pacific Strategy, Wellbeing, Diversity & Performance, and the Women's Elite Program at the National Rugby League since January 2015, Tiffany has also held roles such as Consulting Manager and Program Manager for Strategy & Investment, where significant achievements included managing major strategic projects and facilitating the sale of the Newcastle Knights. Additionally, Tiffany is the founder of Tiffany Slater - Advisor | Consultant | Coach since January 2019. Previous roles include Finance Project Manager at Wests Tigers Rugby League Pty Ltd and Finance Manager at Macquarie Group, along with early experiences at Caltex and Ernst & Young. Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and has completed executive education at INSEAD.
