Lionel Lemay

Lionel Lemay is currently the Executive Vice President at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, overseeing a program to increase the use of concrete in building construction. Prior to this, Lemay held a Managing Director position at the Portland Cement Association and was a Director of Engineering at Hansen Lind Meyer. Lemay holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
