Senior Research Analyst at National Resident Matching Program

Sheila Pakdaman, PhD MS, serves as a Senior Research Analyst at the National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP®) since September 2023. Previously, Sheila was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Southern California from August 2017 to August 2023, contributing to the USC Institute for Addiction Science and the USC Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science under esteemed advisors. Sheila's experience extends to roles as a Researcher in various labs, including the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute and the Neurobehaviorial Pharmacology Emesis Lab, and as a lecturer at UCLA Extension and Mt. San Antonio College. As Chief Executive Officer at iTutorU, Sheila focused on enhancing literacy and educational access in Southern California. Sheila holds a PhD in Preventive Medicine from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, along with a Master of Science in Global Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology.
