Dr. Ayesha Khan

Dr. Ayesha Khan currently serves as Regional Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management at Acumen, overseeing investment for Pakistan's oldest and largest impact fund since July 2016. Dr. Khan is also a member of the Board of Governors at the Global Climate Change Impact Studies Centre, appointed by the Prime Minister, and holds independent director positions at Bank Alfalah Limited, NRSP Microfinance Bank, and Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd. Previous roles include Executive Director at The Abraaj Group, where Dr. Khan developed a social enterprise for health investment impact, and Chief Strategy Officer at Habib Bank Limited, where the strategy function was established. Dr. Khan's academic qualifications include an MPA-ID from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
