Roger Favano

Roger Favano is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NRT. Roger has held this position since August 2017. Prior to that, they served as the EVP, Chief Financial Officer at DFC Global Corporation from March 2017 to August 2017. Roger has also served as the SVP, Chief Financial Officer - North America from February 2016 to March 2017 and as the CFO - Risk Management from December 2014 to January 2016. Additionally, they were the Chief Operating Officer - Risk Management from October 2011 to December 2014 and the Chief Financial Officer, GE Corporate Treasury from January 2009 to October 2011.

Roger Favano graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Roger then went on to earn a Master of Science in Financial Management from Fairfield University.

Roger Favano reports to M. Ryan Gorman, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Dina Di Maria - SVP, Information Technology, Andrew Napurano - Senior Vice President of Operations, and Peter J. Sobeck - Chief Recruiting Officer.
