Benyam Negussu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and partner management, currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations & Partner Management at NSC Global since August 2014. Benyam has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth, beginning as a Service Delivery Manager and successfully managing multi-million dollar accounts through enhanced customer collaborations. Prior to NSC Global, Benyam held various roles at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S from December 2001 to August 2014, including Business Analyst and Service Desk Supervisor. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and International Business from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University Ohio, specializing in Information Systems.
