Fayyaz Singaporewala

Fayyaz Singaporewala is a seasoned professional in business development and integrated circuits, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder at New Silicon Corp (nsc) since August 2016. Previously, Fayyaz was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at the same company. From December 2013 to October 2021, Fayyaz co-founded and directed efforts at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology, focusing on commercialization of low-energy electronic systems. Fayyaz's experience also includes senior roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, LSI Corp, Amberwave Systems, and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, where responsibilities spanned product marketing, yield improvement, and integration engineering. Fayyaz holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
