Andy Santos

Andy Santos has worked in various roles since 2007. Andy began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Burlington Stores, Inc. in 2007, where they were responsible for customer service, cash handling, and closing procedures. Andy was awarded for providing the best customer assistance. In 2011, they began working as an Employee at Northern Virginia Family Service. In 2014, they worked as a Technician at onCALL 25/8, Inc., providing Tier I and Tier II information technology support on site, over the phone, and via remote connection. Andy also provided customer service and worked at the front desk. In 2016, they began working at NSD as an Operations - Transportation Coordinator, Account Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they began working as an Assistant Rural Carrier at USPS Business, where they were responsible for assisting the rural carrier route for Amazon fulfillment Sunday deliveries in the Triangle and Quantico area of Northern Virginia. Andy practiced core workplace fundamentals such as punctuality, respect to superiors, self-start, unsupervised performance, and quotas.

Andy Santos attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Information Technology.
