Michael Hemmings

Michael Hemmings has extensive experience in the agriculture sector, currently serving as Head of Agriculture Livestock SCFS and Head of Agriculture Service Delivery Northern Europe at NSF International since October 2018. Previously, Michael held roles including Agriculture Manager for Beef & Lamb and Post Farm Gate, and worked as a Lecturer and Course Manager in Agriculture at Reaseheath College. Earlier experience includes positions as Media and Data Project Manager at MHPD, Agricultural Project Manager at Leavesley Group, Operations Manager at Sprint Home Deliveries, and Farm Schemes Manager at PRODUCT AUTHENTICATION INSPECTORATE LIMITED. Michael began a career in agriculture as a Quality Assurance Controller and Key Account Manager at Meadow Valley Livestock Ltd, a Livestock Technician and Shepherd at Harper Adams University, and as a Shepherd and General Farm Worker at Ryder Farms Ltd.
