Nicole Dowswell

Nicole Dowswell is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Communications at NSF since June 2024, Nicole previously held the role of Communications Consultant at MRM from July 2023 to June 2024, where leadership and change management communications were emphasized. At Amazon Web Services, Nicole built internal communications strategies that engaged a 65,000-member global field team. Nicole has held significant positions at MRM//McCann, including Vice President of Global Communications, and has also led communications initiatives at Commonwealth//McCann, Ally Financial Inc., Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and Kmart Corporation. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State University in 1998.
