Paola Zarrabal

Paola Zarrabal has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience spanning over two decades. Paola currently serves as the Finance Director EMEA at NSF International, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Paola held the role of Head of Finance and Support / Head of Procurement at Roche Diagnostics Belgium from 2012 to 2023.

Before their time at Roche Diagnostics, Paola worked at Novo Nordisk as a Strategic Development professional in Copenhagen, Denmark from 2008 to 2012. Paola was responsible for resource estimation and planning, implementing a resource planning system, and driving trial budget processes.

Paola's career began at F. Hoffmann La Roche in 2003, where they held various roles including Controlling for the Western European Region in Basel, Switzerland, and Budgeting & Controlling at Roche Mexico/Latam Regional Controller PG. In these roles, they provided financial support to regional management teams, analyzed management information for decision-making, and participated in the business planning process.

Prior to their time at F. Hoffmann La Roche, Paola worked as a Financial Coordinator at Nortel Networks from 2000 to 2002. In this role, they conducted financial analysis, managed revenue and orders, and coordinated external audits.

Throughout their career, Paola has demonstrated strong financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills, along with experience in budgeting, controlling, and resource planning.

Paola Zarrabal earned a Master's degree in Economics & Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where they studied from 1995 to 2002.
