Pola Polaczek

Pola Polaczek is a seasoned Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing web applications, primarily using TypeScript, React, and Redux. Currently at nShift since August 2021, Pola is focused on nShift Delivery. Prior to this role, Pola engaged in multiple significant projects, including Australia's largest online construction marketplace at Software Mind from November 2017 to 2020, and worked on Unifaun Online at Unifaun from September 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Pola has a diverse background that includes freelance interior design and consulting roles in financial documentation.
