Deanna Lessard, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and brand management. Deanna most recently served as the Brand Marketing Manager at NSI Industries Inc, where they led the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs for multiple brands in the electrical distribution market. Prior to that, Deanna held the position of Director of Marketing/Marketing Manager at Barnhardt Manufacturing Company, overseeing all marketing activities for the Natural Fibers Group. Deanna also served as the Senior Director of Marketing at Peds Legwear, leading various departments responsible for brand management, product design, digital marketing, market research, and sales strategy. Earlier in their career, Deanna held positions at Avery Dennison, International Legwear Group, and Brady Corporation, gaining experience in product management, customer relations management, and new business development. Throughout their career, Deanna has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and drive brand growth.

Deanna Lessard, MBA, has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1984 to 1988.
