Michael then joined WT3 Water Transfer as an IT Manager, where they built the IT department from scratch and played a crucial role in the expansion of the business. After that, Michael worked at Terra Oilfield Services and Terra Oilfield Solutions as a Director of IT, collaborating with senior executives to determine technology needs and managing various aspects of infrastructure, operations, development, and telecom. Michael then joined The Aspenwood Company as a Director of Information Technology, where they led technology and security operations, managed Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and ensured high uptime for critical systems. Currently, Michael is working as a Director of IT at Beacon Communities LLC, and in the future, they will be joining NorthStar Memorial Group in the same role.
