Steph Sickler

Steph Sickler is an experienced professional in customer service and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Head of Service - Maintenance at NSS since April 2021, Steph previously held the role of Customer Service Manager at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust from June 2019 to March 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Relations Manager at thinkmoney from September 2012 to June 2019. Steph holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management from The Open University, completed in 2022, along with additional qualifications in Advanced Excel, IOSH, and marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
