Shubham Pardhi

Shubham Pardhi is a production engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Engineering and Research and a Polytechnic Diploma from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering. Currently employed at NSSL LTD. since July 2019, Shubham handles shop floor issues, manages manpower, and trains new operators in safe working practices. Prior experience includes a role as a Trainee Engineer at Yazaki India Private Limited, where Shubham implemented 5S methodology and conducted Kaizen initiatives, and as a Diploma Assistant Trainee at John Deere, focusing on production targets and operator training.
