David Dempsey has extensive work experience in the field of customer service and fraud prevention. David worked at NSUS Group from 2016, starting as a Retention Manager and later moving up to become the Head of Support / Customer-facing Operations. In February 2020, they took on the role of the Head of Community, Customer Service and Fraud. Prior to that, David spent eight years at Pocket Kings / Amaya / Rational FT, where they worked as a Web Producer and Security Operations Analyst.
David Dempsey attended Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Multimedia Systems.
