Nastassja le Claire

Nastassja Le Claire is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant currently working at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since March 2022, having previously served as an Assistant Talent Acquisition Officer in the same department. Nastassja has a diverse background in human resources, having held positions such as People Service Administrator at Sydney Water, Recruitment Officer (Temp) at Perfect Medical Group, and Human Resources Officer at Discount General Australia, specializing in recruitment and performance management. Prior to this, Nastassja was a Senior Business Coordinator and later a Training Manager at MINISO Australia, where significant achievements included developing staff training guidelines across multiple stores. Rounding out a solid career foundation, Nastassja worked as a Store Supervisor at Daiso. Nastassja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Legal and Korean from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, expected to complete in September 2024.
