Claire Sheehan

Claire Sheehan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Officer at the NSW Department of Education since January 2019, Claire focuses on business improvement initiatives and regulatory reform projects, ensuring alignment with Directorate priorities. Previously, Claire held roles as a Field Support Officer and HR Customer Service Support Officer, where responsibilities included processing HR services and managing customer interactions.
