Natalie Allen serves as the Chief Communications and Community Engagement Officer for Loudoun County Public Schools since September 2023, following a similar role at Virginia Beach City Public Schools from October 2018 to October 2023. Natalie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Graduate Certificate in Equity and Excellence in Education from McDaniel College.
