Jane Deller-Smith

Jane Deller-Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, privacy, policy, and strategic ICT management. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance and Privacy at the NSW Department of Education since May 2015, Jane has also held the role of Manager Policy, Control & Governance within the same department. Prior experience includes positions as a Program/Project Manager at the NSW Department of Finance & Services and a Senior Policy and Strategy Officer at NSW ServiceFirst, where Jane developed and delivered strategic ICT projects. Earlier roles include a Senior Program Manager and Project Manager at the NSW Department of Infrastructure Planning and Natural Resources, as well as Resource Information Manager at the Department of Water Resources. Jane's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Management and multiple graduate diplomas from the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Sydney, and the University of New England, focusing on public administration and natural resources management.
