Jonathan Cornelius

Jonathan Cornelius is an experienced investigator with a diverse background in law enforcement and compliance. Currently serving as an Investigator for the NSW Department of Education since January 2023, Jonathan previously held the role of Senior Investigator at the NSW Environment Protection Authority, where responsibilities included managing serious conservation and environmental incident investigations. Earlier roles include Law Enforcement Coordinator at the NSW Department of Customer Service, where Jonathan developed strategic law enforcement relationships and prepared court briefs, and Compliance Auditor at DARIS Group, focusing on quarantine procedures. Jonathan's career began as a Police Officer with the NSW Police Force, and education includes a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and ongoing training in unmanned aviation with CASA.
