Tina Crawford

Tina Crawford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior People Culture & Capability Business Partner at the NSW Department of Education since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tina was the Manager of People Partnerships at the NSW Department of Customer Service and served in various leadership capacities at the University of Newcastle for over two decades, including Director of Equity Diversity and Inclusion, where strategic partnerships promoted diversity and inclusion initiatives. Tina’s earlier career featured roles in occupational health and safety at Procter & Gamble, Joint Coal Board Singleton, and TAFE NSW. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Tertiary Education Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle, complemented by a Diploma of Applied Science in Nursing.
