Kendall Laing

Kendall Laing has extensive experience in procurement and legal services, currently serving as Acting Director of Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment since January 2015. Kendall has held various roles within the department, including Manager of Procurement Policy & Governance and Senior Manager of Strategic Procurement, as well as Senior Legal Officer. Prior to this, Kendall practiced as a Solicitor at Campbell Paton & Taylor Lawyers from January 2014 to January 2015. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Management, both obtained from the University of New England (AU) between 2003 and 2007.
