Nicita Giovanni

Nicita Giovanni is a seasoned professional in property management and valuations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Contract Management and Procurement at NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure since January 2023. With prior roles including Senior Valuer at the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and Valuations Manager at Defence Housing Australia, Nicita has extensive experience in managing both daily operations and large-scale projects, liaising with various stakeholders, and training teams. Previous positions with Laing & Simmons Parramatta and Portfolio Management involved client service and property management duties. Nicita holds a degree in Property Valuations from Western Sydney University and has additional qualifications in real estate and management.
