Sarah Webster

Sarah Webster serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure since April 2021, previously holding the role of Director Advisory & Transactions for Property and Development NSW. Prior to this, Sarah was Corporate Financial Controller at 151 Property from March 2020 to April 2021 and served as Director of Real Estate & Capital Transactions at UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation between April 2018 and September 2019. Additional experience includes the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Barangaroo Delivery Authority from May 2013 to April 2018, Finance Manager and Risk Underwriter at GE Capital Real Estate from February 2006 to April 2013, and Senior Accountant at KPMG from December 2001 to January 2006. Sarah is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney.
